michelle nadeauOn June 12, 2019, Michelle Nadeau argued EEOC v STME, LLC before the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.

The case involves a south Tampa Massage Envy franchise and the allegation that it violated federal law prohibiting discrimination based on disability status by firing an employee for traveling to Ghana because it wrongly believed she would contract ebola.

A decision from the Court of Appeals is expected before the end of the year.
