Attorney Michelle Nadeau is a Board-Certified Labor & Employment Attorney. Certification is the highest level of recognition given by The Florida Bar for competency and experience within an area of law. Michelle is also a Past Chair of the Labor & Employment Board Certification Committee for The Florida Bar.
Michelle is a graduate of The University of Michigan Law School and The University of Michigan where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology with a minor in Economics.
She is a member of the Executive Council for the Labor & Employment Section of the Florida Bar and currently serves as its Legal Education Director. Michelle is a past President of the Florida Chapter of the National Employment Lawyers Association. Michelle is a Past President of the Young Lawyers Division of the Tampa Bar Association and a Past Chair of the Labor and Employment Law Section. She is a member of the Pinellas Chapter of the Florida Association for Women Lawyers and the Tampa Bar Association, as well as a Sustaining Member with the Junior League of Tampa-Dunedin and a 2014 graduate of Leadership Pinellas. Michelle was also a Fellow of the Florida Bar’s Leadership Academy.
Michelle is a member of The Florida Bar, the United States Supreme Court, the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
